Billed me for almost 20% over estimate without warning before the job was even finished. Very unprofessional and bullying attitude and awful customer service.

Mat & the team worked on our store opening for a bespoke retail space for our jewellery brand, Wanderlust Life. They worked with us from the planning, design & conception, through to the final stages of the project. As with any shop fit, we were up against tight deadlines, and the team all pulled together to ensure we were ready to open within time, without quality or finish being jeopardised. The team were friendly, professional and nothing was ever too much trouble. Mat was fantastic from start to finish. He really helped us to think through how light was going to impact on our living space and how we wanted our rooms to feel at different times of day and when we were going to use them for different things. Our open plan living area can now feel cosy and intimate, we can make the dining room table the centre of attention whilst hiding the washing up in the kitchen or brighten everything up when we are cooking and working. The installation team were incredibly professional, organised tidy and respectful. I can't recommend Mat and his team highly enough.

I've been working with Bluewave Electrical now for almost 3 years both in my previouse role as Head of Store Development at Saltrock LTD and now with my own business. As well as delivering excellent planned and reactive maintenance for Saltrock they were also responsible for an estate wide roll out of Wifi Hubs and infrastructure to all 44 Saltrock Stores. We've worked with a few electricians in the past though none of them had any creativity - they just fitted lights!. So when we first discussed our house renovation with Bluewave (Mat & Seb) we were impressed with their vision, creativity and design skills; to transform our dated bungalow. Mat spent a lot of time sketching out ideas and lighting scenarios. To create light and spacious areas as well as cosy corners and practical lights over work-tops. They suggested under and above cupboard light strips, which work brilliantly when it's dark when you don't want the kitchen lit up! Our space is open-plan so lighting was key. Bluewave invested a lot of time in the beginning to get this right. And to work within our budget. They projected managed everything (huge weight off my shoulders) and Seb was fab at getting prices down and organising the work schedule. Their team of electricians are lovely. Professional and personable. No question was too much trouble. And helpful on the site when I had to make last-minute decisions! I am so relieved we are in our new home now. Bluewave sorted out everything electrical with ease and skill. Finding a reliable electrical company that has the expertise, knowledge, creativity, and personable approach is tricky. Though not with Bluewave. I 100% recommend you give them a go.

I recently contracted Blue Wave to project manage the refurbishment of my Hair and Beauty Salon and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to do the same or similar. Having never taken on project of this magnitude before I knew I would need to find a company who would - 1. Have the extensive knowledge needed in their area of expertise. 2. Have a forward thinking vision to help me realise mine. 3. Understand that there would be a time frame limit as in order to carry out the work I would need to shut my business down for the least amount of time possible. 4. Have a very good eye for detail. Bluewave matched this criteria and exceeded all of it. From the first point of contact with Matt and Seb I had complete trust in Blue Wave. They listened to my ideas and worked closely with me to help me to realise them. When we encountered any problems on the project they went well beyond what I’d expected to help me to find the best solutions, and always with the least amount of fuss. They worked to my budget, were always contactable and always ready to go that extra mile for me. Though Blue Wave were responsible for running the entire project the lighting details that their team installed deserve a special mention as they are really what pull the whole salon together. With subtle accent lights they created a warm and friendly atmosphere achieving just the sense of ambience that I had dreamed of for my salon. The media screen that they installed for us has also been a huge hit. From the top to the bottom the whole Blue Wave team have an impressive attitude and work ethic. They were an absolute pleasure to work with and my staff, our clients and I have been quite simply blown away by the results!
