I would go for the light blue or turquoise on the walls rather than the navy because of the small room. I hope the ABA works well for you. Sometimes, seeing something for the first few times because you like the look of it seems interesting, however, it can wear thin very quickly if it's not something you have a love for or sentimental to you in some way. I'm a big supporter of letting children show their creative side. We spend two years teaching our kids to walk and talk, and the rest of their lives to sit down and shut up. If she wants to get creative with striped walls, buy some rolls of vinyl and just lay them up, you can then whip them off at any time and you haven't got horrendous paint lines or colour differentials to try and cover.
