What kind of detergent do you use?

Is there anything as wonderful as the smell of freshly laundered clothes? Choosing the right detergent is so important, but what factors do you take into consideration when selecting - is it fresh scents, if it's bio-degradable or perhaps hypoallergenic?
Tell us the detergent or washing powder you use below - here's hoping for some good tips!

Comments (29)As no-one stays anymore, I swapped my lounge with my spare room (flat). I now have a lovely square lounge just for TV and chats etc. My spare bed is in my new 'craft room' just in case but it is covered with paper, clay, frames, paint and records.
