No it's not listed,but will come with some restrictions due to planning . It will be used for commercial purposes as a bar/ restaurant or office depending on market research. The floors are marble and parquet so keeping as much features as possible. Would like to furnish with Chesterfield s and old quirky but need a modern cool relaxing look

I have never used white paint ever as I find it always reads as grey. I use Dulux Trade Timeless on ceilings as it looks white but without the dinginess. Forget what it looks like on the walls and test it on the ceilings. I used to use a Fired Earth paint but quite frankly Timeless does the job so well.

Hey Dan, Well, I don't like to comment on someone else design but see below I did a quick 3 sketch. Showing white, midgrey and dark ceiling options for your bathroom. (I had to clean up little bit) I believe this would help you to decide. I personally would go with white ceiling. Because Dark flooring is already will make the space feel darker. Don"t worry, white ceiling would go well with the Carrara Marble. Good Luck.
