Hi, I am starting a project of redoing the whole bathroom. I would appreciate advice as to where to buy tiles in London that are good and not overly priced. Same for sink. Looking for grey/ white marble effect and sink the ones that are on top as opposed to built in. Many thanks!

Thanks for the feedback so far. I went a bit overboard with a few of the 3D renderings just for fun. Unfortunately they dont have tile from the same manufacturer, however they have a plain white terrazzo with small specks. I am sure that Teracotta towels, bathmat and maybe a terrazzo soap dispencer would look great as well. Bellow a 3D rendering of @colourhappy's idea. I liked the white terrazzo, so I found from the same manufacturer the grey which I thought would be nice for the floor. Further on I tried to combine plain colours as @Sonia, I reckon I would need to tone down a bit the colour on the walls. I went a little bit crazy here. 😅 Black wall tile was just an experiement. 😆 Thanks for your ideas so far. If anyone else have some, I would be more then happy to make a 3D rendering. I guess we will make a vote for the best? Any thoughts with the above?

You usually start in the middle and work out towards the edges. This does require more cuts as both ends usually need to be cut. I assume you are talking behind the bath? Another option is to start with a full tile in the innermost corner and work out. Get the dimesions of the bath and work it out with the size of your tiles. Your tiler should have some ideas but don't let them take the easy way out. You have to like the finished job and live with it. If there is not an obvious way to go then sometimes it is down to individual preference. If you use the factory edge in the corner then you know it is straight.

Something’s happened to this app which is making it harder to use. You can add a photo in the comments section but you must add some form of text as it won’t work on its own!
