I don’t have any clever ideas, but would suggest putting the toilets on the opposite wall to the bed. Sounds from an en-suite toilet is why we don’t have an en suite! So you may not want them backing onto the wall with the bed on.

What is your favourite style - modern, traditional, mid century, country? Do you want something bright and colourful or gentle neutrals? Very hard to advise with so little info.
