Our bedroom is only half done (or maybe a bit more!) so it's top of my list with reinstating a fire and buying a too dear chair I've got my eye on (plus lots of accessories as it's rather bare!). Second on the list is flooring, I have this in my hall and dining room, we installed walnut in the living room but would rather have it running throughout (but toned down a little) even though I do actually prefer a herringbone parquet. I could then brave solid wood in the kitchen (!) or find something to complement. I'm hoping the upstairs floorboards and stairs are in good condition as the carpet desperately needs to go!
