I agree it is a blank canvas. Is the table aligned to the french doors? i would do that if not and then either swag your light over the centre of the table or move it.

I’d add a console over the radiator, this company do M2M. You can then add mirror/art above, a lamp on the console, flowers etc. I think an oversized plant in a jute or rattan basket would look good, you may need to put it where the floor lamp is for it to survive.

Is a tv going on the wall behind the table? If not consider art or a mirror to cover the socket like a canvas frame or something with a box frame so the depth to cover the socket.Would you consider window dressing or adding a colour to the walls, maybe a pale sage?

The black cabinet feels a bit squashed there, would it fit elsewhere?

It just needs dressing with accessories and warming up a bit. You have some very high up sockets which look a bit odd. Are they for a tv? I would also change the wall colour to something and more earthy such as a soft sage green or a sandy pink. Taupe would also go well. It all looks a bit too brown. I would add art on any bare walls, maybe a rectangular mirror on the long wall, a slim sideboard if there’s space which you can dress with a table lamp, plants and a vase or two. There was a very similar post to yours last week which may be worth searching for. It shows how the poster updated a plain dining room into something rather lovely. I would also add some rattan elements in lighting or plant pots as minnie101 suggests as that can really add warmth.
