Sanitary ware. I'm having a crisis of decision making. I bought a new sink and vanity from IKEA: https://www.ikea.com/gb/en/products/washstands-taps/wash-stands/fullen-t%C3%A4lleviken-wash-basin-cabinet-white-spr-39891444/ However, it's occurred to me since that it'll take up too much of the room/floorspace, especially as the sink faces you as you walk in. I've been looking at other designs, and the wall-hung sink with a nicer-looking chrome waste could be a much better option. Added to this, if I'm tiling the floor, I'll probably need to buy a new loo, and IKEA doesn't do matching loos. Therefore...where can I buy a basic loo/basin package? What's the difference between a 'toilet and basin' and a 'cloakroom suite'? Should I go for one or two tap holes? Am I wasting my money? Should I just update the taps on the existing sink and tile-box in the waste?

Thank you both it’s good to get reassurance when I know I am a nightmare with symmetry, etc. The mortar is a pale colour...I’ve since discovered that the picture I posted of the dark grey was just after it had been applied so was still dark/wet. Thanks again & have a great evening :)

So sorry I did not update this sooner. Strangely, I have turned into more of a shower than a bath person since the rain head went in the ceiling. After a solid month of use, we did have one leak behind the shower (just to the left of controls) which the water ran under the bath, through the radiator boxing that you cannot see on the right of the photos, and drenched the hallway. I cut a tile section out, husband fixed his leak, and I made a removable panel in the wall, but not so bad, you would only see it if you knew to look. I still have a little tiling to do around the radiator boxing, but it has kind of turned into a case of manyana now it is like this! It was proven that 3 women can get ready in here over Christmas, and now have a laundry basket behind the door. HOWEVER...
