We're thrilled to unveil a subtly vibrant living room design that beautifully reflects the culture and identity of a warm Indian family settling into their home in Hainault. This space is a gentle celebration of tradition blended with a minimalist, modern aesthetic. ? Client Brief Our clients wanted a space that felt like home—a room that reflects their Indian heritage while embracing a contemporary lifestyle. Their key desire was to incorporate vibrant colours and cultural elements without overwhelming the space. ? Design Concept We approached the design with an Indian Contemporary style—an elegant balance of rich textures, curated details, and purposeful restraint. Vibrancy meets minimalism here, with each colour and item thoughtfully placed to avoid visual clutter and instead create a calm, soulful vibe. ? The Evolution From mood boards to final renders, every element was chosen with intention. A geometric mid-century-inspired wallpaper anchors the room, providing depth and structure. We selected cushions, art, and accessories that echo traditional Indian motifs, while staying aligned with a refined palette. Brass accents, layered textiles, and a mix of warm woods add both comfort and sophistication.

This table and accompanying benches provides an extended area for dining and entertaining within the living room. It is a stunning area for lunch, cards or reading.

Unsere individuelle Raumgestaltung nach Kundenvorlieben erlaubte uns mutig zu werden: Wir entschieden uns für eine helle, freundliche gelbe Wandfarbe, die dem Raum Lebendigkeit verleiht. Um das Ganze jedoch nicht überladen wirken zu lassen, neutralisierten wir dieses lebhafte Gelb mit natürlichen Beigetönen. Ein tiefes Blau setzt dabei beruhigende Akzente und schafft so einen ausgewogenen Kontrast. Auch bei der Auswahl der Pflanzen haben wir besondere Sorgfalt walten lassen: Die bestehende Pflanzensammlung wurde zu einem harmonischen Ensemble zusammengestellt. Hierbei empfahlen wir zwei verschiedene Pflanzenkübel – um Ruhe in die strukturreichen Gewächse zu bringen und ihnen gleichzeitig genug Platz zur Entfaltung ihrer Natürlichkeit bieten können. Diese Natürlichkeit spiegelt sich auch in den Möbeln wider: Helles Holz sorgt für eine authentische Atmosphäre und ruhige Stoffe laden zum Verweilen ein. Ein edles Rattangeflecht bringt abwechslungsreiche Struktur ins Spiel - genau wie unsere Gäste es erwarten dürfen! Damit das Licht optimal zur Geltung kommt, wählten gläserne Leuchten diese tauchen den gesamtem Bereich des Loungeraums in ein helles und freundliches Ambiente. Hier können Sie entspannen, träumen und dem Klang von Schallplatten lauschen – Kraft tanken oder Zeit mit Freunden verbringen. Ein Raum zum Genießen und Erinnern. Wir sind stolz darauf, aus einem ehemaligen Durchgangszimmer eine Lounge geschaffen zu haben - einen Ort der Ruhe und Inspiration für unsere Kunden.

El espacio está arquitectónicamente pensado como un espacio abierto, ya que recibe luz y ventilación desde dos ventanas ubicadas en el mismo plano de fachada. Con el mobiliario se ha propuesto naturalmente un tipo de zonificación que fragmenta el espacio según su tipo de uso: 1. Area comedor 2. Area living social 3. Area living intimo (lectura,películas...) En el comedor el mobiliario esta elegido y distribuido de una forma que se percibe como una zona de paso, y no como un lugar. El mueble de almacenaje con el espejo captan mucha importancia y reducen el espacio visual, contribuyendo a la sensación de “embudo” que ofrece la forma del apartamento.
