Small Blue, White Kitchen with All Types of Island Ideas and Designs

The kitchen, located in the lower ground floor, was updated with bespoke cabinetry fitted around the chimney breast with a range cooker within the existing fireplace.

Small contemporary u-shaped kitchen/diner in Sydney with flat-panel cabinets, white cabinets, quartz worktops, white splashback, metro tiled splashback, stainless steel appliances, a breakfast bar and medium hardwood flooring.

The cabinetry features flat-faced Melteca Warm White – Satin doors, panels, and drawers—creating a cohesive and clean finish throughout. Integrated handle slots on lower cabinetry and push-to-open pantry doors elevate the minimalist feel while keeping functionality at the forefront. The floating shelves and toekicks also match in Melteca Warm White – Satin, allowing them to visually recede and support the calming, cohesive palette. The kitchen benchtop and splashback are finished in Trendstone Cala Eleganza, a soft and sophisticated surface with subtle veining that adds texture and interest without overwhelming the space. The corner waterfall ends finish the peninsula beautifully, giving it sculptural presence.

This gorgeous compact kitchen provides everything a cook needs whilst looking elegant as part of the living room. The blue and white is stunning against the marble splash back and marble worktops The subtle use of metal on the door fronts and smash of walnut giving a hint to the walnut interiors gives the kitchen a rich, stylish finish,

Situé au cœur de la dynamique ville de Puteaux, à deux pas de La Défense, cet appartement de 28m2 était dans un état de détérioration avancé, résultante de l’absence de travaux pendant plusieurs décennies. Malgré son état défraîchi, la présence d’un jardin à l’avant du bien conquis immédiatement la propriétaire qui y vu un atout majeur. Investissement en guise de pied à terre, le cahier des charges était clair : créer un espace nuit indépendant, condamner l’accès par les parties communes pour entrer dans l’appartement par le jardin, le tout dans une ambiance épurée et lumineuse. Résultat : un espace extérieur métamorphosé avec une terrasse accueillante, donnant l’accès à la pièce à vivre. Une cuisine fonctionnelle où de nombreux rangements se combinent à l’électroménager dissimulé (lave vaisselle et réfrigérateur sous plan), s’articule autour d’un espace dînatoire sur mesure pour trois convives. Le sanitaire indépendant prend place avant l’accès à « la suite ». La chambre en second jour baignée de lumière grâce à la verrière en tête de lit, abrite un linéaire dressing et une bibliothèque. Enfin, la salle d’eau dévoile une belle douche de 130x90cm, combiné à un plan vasque sous lequel se dissimule le lave linge encastré. Les matériaux naturels se conjuguent à la praticité d’usage ; un carrelage effet parquet au sol de l’ensemble de la surface réchauffe l’atmosphère. Béton ciré, peinture à la chaux, tissus chinés et lumières indirectes créent ainsi un cocon chaleureux où les nuances de blancs et de beiges s’unissent. Un projet clé en main intérieur/extérieur pour ce nouveau deux pièces métamorphosé.

Shaker cabinets painted white with vertically fluted glass doors, a light rail, a cove style crown molding, and contemporary pulls. Granite countertop has a 3" mitered drop-edge for a substantial contemporary appearance. The gas KitchenAid range-top is mounted over two drawers for pots and pans. DESIGN BRIEF “A family home to be lived in not just looked at” placed functionality as main priority in the extensive renovation of this coastal holiday home. Existing layout featured: – Inadequate bench space in the cooking zone – An impractical and overly large walk in pantry – Torturous angles in the design of the house made work zones cramped with a frenetic aesthetic at odds with the linear skylights creating disharmony and an unbalanced feel to the entire space. – Unappealing seating zones, not utilising the amazing view or north face space WISH LIST – Comfortable retreat for two people and extend family, with space for multiple cooks to work in the kitchen together or to a functional work zone for a couple. DESIGN SOLUTION – Removal of awkward angle walls creating more space for a larger kitchen – External angles which couldn’t be modified are hidden, creating a rational, serene space where the skylights run parallel to walls and fittings. NEW KITCHEN FEATURES – A highly functional layout with well-defined and spacious cooking, preparing and storage zones. – Generous bench space around cooktop and sink provide great workability in a small space – An inviting island bench for relaxing, working and entertaining for one or many cooks – A light filled interior with ocean views from several vantage points in the kitchen – An appliance/pantry with sliding for easy access to plentiful storage and hidden appliance use to keep the kitchen streamlined and easy to keep tidy. – A light filled interior with ocean views from several vantage points in the kitchen – Refined aesthetics which welcomes, relax and allows for individuality with warm timber open shelves curate collections that make the space feel like it’s a home always on holidays.
