maybe could do a drawer like this, not sure
like combining natural wood with painted wood - although don't want white if kitchen is going to be white
like material, the lines add more dimension that smooth flat surfaces
maybe combine shoe shelves with sitting/storage areas
Would you be happy with squares for shoes?
I like how top is one big shelf and bottom was painted black for shoe area
