As Sammy says your contractor must be really good for a truely smooth finish,Level five without any spray texture at all! I do like a very slight knock down though. This can be very attractive in a rustic setting and you don't have to worry so much about flaws. It is not the same as the one pictured above; this is a bit smoother. I wish I had a better pic, sorry.
