***I'M KIND OF LOVING THIS IDEA*** If the convex shape of the patio makes the firepit area too small, this could be an alternative way to handle both the retaining wall and fire pit...OR, bump the lawn toward back fence and put the firepit there with a curved seating wall. Also, the pit could be covered and used as a table...
