IMO for a bed that is this large, a 17" nightstand looks dwarfed. 30" nightstands for a bed this massive would be the minimum in my opinion.Your other chest selections are way too small. Also is your room large enough to accommodate this massive bed? Given your choices, I would have selected the nightstands that match the bed. If I were trying to mix styles, I might have selected a bed that was less specific and a bit more transitional in style. This headboard and nightstand are successfully mixed

Reply to: Sorry, missed the part about you having already purchased the bed. Go super simple, then, with the nightstands. Mirrored pieces or something with brass and glass might work, too. The key is to go with cleaner lines to offset your very traditional bed.

Reply to: Don't go "matchy-matchy" with the furniture as you show in your last photo. Your ceilings are high enough to do a 4-poster bed. I might consider a metal bed with an antique brass or oil-rubbed bronze finish, then bring in some pretty bedding and drapery.
