FIRE SPRINKLERS: Alon, can you please confirm that these are required? NOTE: In a previous email of your's, you indicated that you will have a specialty sub-contractor price these, produce plans, submit for approval, etc. You also mentioned the possible challenges are water pressure available at the street, the size of my water meter and main and that these may need to be upgraded. COST: I am assuming you can price this so that we can include it on the contract?
TANKLESS WATER HEATERS: Since my home has limited space, its probably best to go with tankless. My instinct is to get two: (a) one for the upstairs and (b) one for the downstairs. COST: There are many brands. I'm thinking of the Rinnai Ultra Series Natural Gas Tankless Water Heater X 2 = $3000. QUESTION: Would two be too much?
