Tia, this actually happens quite a lot. Many people during their renovations end up putting larger tiles, that are usually meant for the floor, hence do not come with a lot of trim edge options, on their shower walls. There are several ways to deal with this, first of all do not try to put a real stone next to the porcelain, they will never blend and actually cheapen the look of your tile. There is no way to miter a porcelain and have it look well either. A fix that actually blends it all in and allows you to not have to dismantle anything is to buy a water proof paint with the same sheen as you tile and paint the edge. This seals the raw edge as well as helps to blend it all in. This gets done quite a lot and holds up well. You can also use a solid surface, choose a solid color to complements your wall tile, BUT usually you can not buy just small pieces of that, but that is the cleanest look. You can also try to find a small pencil liner from a different tile line, but make sure you take your tile with you to the store with get the closest match you can. This will obviously require your installer to pull out the tile and start over in the niche. good luck
