We actually are pretty happy with our ultracraft cabinets. We had a couple of issues but our firm got replacements ordered ASAP. I will say however we do have mostly ultraluxe matte finish so that may help. We have some wood grain melamine and then a couple of painted cabinets. I brought up our concerns to my designer as well and she mentioned any time something comes up to tell her ASAP so she can interface with ultracraft to get us new ones. I do know that shaker cabinets can have more issues because of the insets and lines, so if you're planning on shaker that may be something to consider
