This is interesting. We wouldn't do a dining table there obviously--but I like the extension of the solid surface to house an additional 'room'. I don't think it'll be a dining or living area though.

i love the idea of the hot tub with privacy fence, not necessarily this style though the red brick may play well with rear of house actually. I am having trouble thinking where I would want tub, I know I want nothing overhead so you can see stars, and I think it would be cool towards the far east of the property perhaps a step down from the gym and accessible to the outdoor shower.

interesting how they created a "space" with one simple faux wall/fireplace - curious what affordable options would be to make the space under the deck usable and nice. Will defer to your expertise !

simple, clean. J: Of course I love this one. But, I don't understand how we will have a level ground big enough here unless we either a) get rid of the concrete block or b) extend the concrete block--but then it's going to be at a much higher level than the rest of the top tier. Which is fine I guess--you can then just 'step down' to the level that the grass/fire pit/ and hopeful hot tub will be.
