Kitchen reno vs the dreaded corner cabinet choice! Help me choose? Cab vs sink vs my sanity!

I have enough room in corner for the following options:

36" corner chevron drawers..kinda cool/unique, but $$...and means 30" sink base - 27" sink?? Yikes

36" lazy susan with one angled door..matches upper angled corner cabinet, may look nice? But, sink still 30" base...and have heard they can be a bit harder to access?

*Both the 36" corner cab options get me 6" spice base next to stove to left of corner cab instead of filler

OR

33" lazy susan with the bi-fold door (which I kinda hate 'cuz it seems like a pain), BUT, this does get me a 33" sink base = 30" sink... AND, a 9" base cabinet..perhaps pull out (?) to left of stove (which holds lots more than a 6" spice base)

*Corner/sink base options are because of window.. got quote to move it, but at $900 it's staying put.

Am I answering my own question? I know the 33" lazy susan is the most cost effective and gets me the 30" sink.

So, maybe my question is...are the bi-fold doors as annoying to use as I think? And, is a 27" sink gonna be too small?

We are knocking out walls and putting in an island so anything we have is gonna be a major improvement to the tiny kitchen we have now. And getting an 18" pantry which will hold lots of "stuff", so lazy susan will not have to hold "essentials" used everyday. The cereal and most imp strawberry syrup for 2nd born's milk can be stored elsewhere...keeping kids from needing access and potentially banging the heck out of a door?

I have quotes from store selling 3/4 plywood RTA and Lowe's Shenandoah, all plywood option, shipped assembled free to the house - they are within $115.00 of each other. Jamie says no brainer - take Lowe's option. I am waiting on kitchen supply store quote in our area, but, guessing it will be super exp. on Medallion.
