This picture is just something to get a thought of what a 7'x14' shed (98sq ft.) could look like. Looks kinda cool to me. The Side of house, behind garage. 3' away from house, with 3/4" drywall on house side. Treated wood base/foundation, sitting on 4" of gravel base. No concrete involved (floating foundation). 3' gate between shed and house for easy access to outdoor storage of garden hoses, etc., both ends. Your garage extends 10' to the south, which leaves around 7' of interior shed space x14' width. The 7' width should fall even with the south of the garage. Did you mention your plan possibilities with your neighbor? That was kind of a big deal in a previous memo from you that I read. They take a lot of pride in what they have done and it would be nice to have their blessing. All the other pictures are just bits and pieces of possibilities. IMPORTANT: Need to know exactly where utilities are front, back, sides. SIDE NOTE: Any electric or water needs will be easy to do since they are so close. SIDE NOTE: Glass doors look pricey, but don't need to be. Same for fixtures. SIDE NOTE: simple manual irrigation timers can be used where necessary. No need for fancy controls, etc.. I alr...
