What is this flooring? Tile or luxury vinyl? Looks nice. If it’s water rated- choosing the flooring we want and continuing it into bathroom (or starting there technically) maybe is an idea?

Little ledge- could maybe go on my side where the cabinet and shower wide meet. Would be hidden and big enough for shaving but not too big to take up a ton of space
