This is my current home and the tv is on the side of the fireplace. It's on a lift and is hidden when not watching.

This room has changed. The rug, pillows, leather recliner, side tables, lamps are gone. Replaced. The leather sectional and coffee table remain with different updated pillows (which I move around a lot).

This is to show another angle. The nook chairs have been recovered in a cream colored Crypton material. The barstools are gone and replaced with new. The large armoire on the left of the fireplace cabinet is something from Pat’s mom and we’d like to keep it somewhere. The piece behind the sectional is gone.

I need to save this mirror. would like it either in the office/bedroom bath or guest bedroom bath. This is currently my guest bath. It is an inherited mirror from Pat’s aunt.

The sideboard at the entry stays. It is an antique made of solid walnut.

All the furniture in the dining room as well as the tall cabinet are gone except for the side chair in the corner. It is a “Century” chair from Pat’s mom. The sideboard in the background stays.

China cabinet, candle sticks curtains, art are gone. Have lots of new art.

This room has changed. No rug, but still have the rug and would like to use it somewhere. Antique/handmade. Probably faded here and there. The black furniture and bed need to stay. The cabinet on the left along with a black side table and a bureau. The bed goes with the furniture in my current bedroom. We could change out some of that furniture eventually for the 2nd bedroom (where I want the master furniture to go), but that will be a future project.

Master bed furniture, Don’t want to keep the bed. There is also a very large armoire. I have this “rug” and would Iike to possibly use it in the office/bedroom.

The armoire is cut off, but this is it. The desk was from Pat’s mom, but I’d like to figure out a way to change it out or make it work in the office. It needs to be cleaned up some with a furniture repair person. Has red leather on the top which I don’t like and I really don’t like the chair.

My current dining.This is what I ended up with when previous designer had problems getting my furniture. The chairs are from the original order but delivered with silver nail heads. Sent to reupholstered to change out nail heads. Areas damaged, but still would like to keep these chairs. Might be nice to have captains chairs on each end in different color or pattern. The table is not the original table ordered...took 2 years to fix this problem along with the buffet. This buffet is not from the original order & not my favorite. Hoping we can put it somewhere else and eventually get something more appropriate.

This just shows you what I have now. Moved around a little bit because I’m getting ready for a tree.
