Love: Pendant lights we love

Love: Pendant lights we love
Love: Donna loves this style of internal door
Love: We love this laundry door and when Andrew started talking about pairing it with a screen door, Donna said N-O. But we might need to put a pet-door in it
Love: Open pantry shelving in the Butler's Pantry, as well as a dishwashing/dishwasher station, and an area of benchtop for a small appliances and coffee machine station...if possible!
Love: A narrow home office space like this would make Donna very happy, if any such space can be found in the house
Love: Another example of subtle built-in storage cupboards for the foyer, this time in white
Love: Andrew likes mirrored built in wardrobes (but not with black frames) for bedrooms 2 and 3, to reflect light - Donna unsure
Love: This flooring, which we have matched as close as we can to Karndean Rigid Core Traditional Character Oak https://www.karndean.com/en-au/floors/products/traditional-character-oak-scb-kp146
Love: Andrew loves how this floor looks
Love: Bar stools with seat backs
Love: We love this under-mount sink for our island bench
Love: Andrew loves the slight contrast between these light grey tiles and the white cornice and ceiling
Love: Large, glossy bathroom tiles
Love: We love these clean-lined large tap fittings
Love: This is the type of wall-mounted shower head we want (the head must swivel somewhat), paired with one of those hand-held shower hose thingos, but not in the same unit - Andrew wants them separate
Love: A simple 2-drawer floor mounted vanity like one side of this one, but with a basin mounted in top and different handles
Product details of the tall toilet for our ensuite
Love: As we are tall people, we would like this tall toilet in our ensuite
Love: We like the shape of this basin
Love: The shelf for shampoo etc bottles, rather than a niche - we particularly like how its very subtle due to being tiled the same from floor to ceiling
Love: Donna love-love-loves this mirrored-cupboard with shelves and 3x mirror (photo 2 o 2)
Love: Donna love-love-loves this mirrored-cupboard with shelves and 3x mirror (photo 1 o 2)
Love: Andrew loves the way this tiled floor goes up one wall of the shower, and we both love the large white tiles on the other walls; Donna thinks these particular grey tiles look too much like concrete but appreciates the floor to wall follow-through; We would like a top-mount basin in the ensuite bathroom, but not a round one; and our ensuite will have a floor mounted vanity with drawers, not the cantilevered style in this photo; Donna likes the towel rail, but Andrew says no to a heated one :(
Love: We love vanities with drawers instead of cupboards and this Hampton's style vanity could work in our main bathroom - the under-mount basin's look nice, and we don't need two basins but will go with two if its the convention now
Love: One of these mixer tap with extendable house numbers for the sink in our Butler's Pantry (photo 2 of 2)

Love: If our post-reno budget permits, we would like this extravagant baby for our home theatre, with a 2.66m W x 1.49m H framed & mounted projector screen
Love: As well as a smart fridge/freezer, we would like our upgraded fridge/freezer to had a double-door fridge at the top with a water & ice dispenser in one door, and a two-drawer freezer at the bottom
Love: We hope to upgrade to a smart fridge/freezer
Love: A large, comfy modular sofa for the lounge room
Love: Donna's preference is marble-look stone benchtops with matching splashback like in this photo - Andrew likes the marble-look stone bench top but prefers glass or mirror for splashback
Love: These dining chairs are the sort we would endeavour to purchase to pair with a modern timber table
Love: a large, modern, timber dining table - would this one fit in the dining space? We would pair it with Hampton style fabric chairs
Love: Andrew is torn between a standalone cooker like we have now or a gas cooktop in the benchtop with side-by-side double oven and large drawers beneath like in this photo - budget comparison and Kevin's opinion are required to help decide
Love: We love the idea of our Butler's Pantry having a double sink and dishwasher arrangement where our front door is now, except with a window looking out to the pool instead of a splashback, and enclosed overhead cupboards at the top to the ceiling
Love: Chunky 5-burner gas cooktop, although Andrew is unsure whether he wants one like this or attached to the rest of a freestanding cooker like we have now
Love: Broad utensil organisers
Love: Cupboards like this under an island bench
Another of the 93cm bench height
Love: 3 columns of drawers, with shallower drawers at the top for utensils; Donna doesn't like handles though and would go for Hamptons style cup/shell handles instead
Love: Bench height in this display kitchen - 93cm
Love: We love the size of the patio doors and there they lead straight onto a deck like ours will; interesting to note the floorboards of the indoors and outdoors are in different directions
