The blue paint in the photo @Sabrina Alfin posted would be fresh and new looking, especially with sleeker new light fixtures. Choosing another color family like blue or blue-green allows everything to work beautifully together.
The challenge with glazed cabinets is that brighter wall paint in the same color family makes the cabinets look dingy, while darker wall paint can look dingy on its own. The best match is probably the original light color before glazing- look at the back of a cabinet door to see if that's still the original unglazed off-white.
Also, change your light fixtures before finalizing your paint choice, since new lighting will have a slightly different color from current lighting's appearance through the glass.
