Here’s another option. I really hate main sinks in the main island because you lose most of your work space and have clutter there constantly. I can stand a prep sink. In this new layout the main traffic pattern can go through the hallway behind the kitchen instead of past the cleanup area-seems like a bad idea as this is the entry into the house. My only issue with this layout is that I have a sink facing the wall and the fridge is right in the corner. Any thoughts?
