This is what I'm thinking.
I like the top. Space for baskets and then open at the top. Additional shelf w/o the cost.
could be cheaper to just put baskets on top and end lockers lower like this one.

I like how the indl lockers go up with a shelf in there. Closed storage on top.

if you have separators then you can put hooks on the sides, too. More hanging space?
neat little drawers. Good for ipods? Wallets? small things maybe?
