This is basically the setup we need - just a different layout. Also, we need a VERY large chalkboard in the kitchen.

I love the cubbies/shoe spaces and storage - no front loader washer or dryer though - storage wise it's a yes though.
I like the storage setup - I would want to separate the sink counter from the wall unit more but I like the general idea.
