Love the top half- hate the lower half. Can do the same thing with open face vanity with just all white subway tile on walls and a decorative tile on the floor. Like the chandelier if it was all glass and loving the over sized sconces.

Liking the vanity and the wallpaper with molding- won't cost too much- we can find a already made vanity that looks like this. Would change the mirror and the floor I'm thinking tile and simple or with a simple boarder.
