A diy project. Fence in front was a picket one. Took down the pickets and replaced with pressure treated wood to create a rail fence. Shelf on top is 6" wide to create a shelf for our potted plants in warmer times. Paint is blue with primer built in. See also http://www.houzz.com/projects/496128/Fence
