I dont like the tacky wainscot but this displays how you can actually divide space but still have it OPEN. Also front door right there to open view and garage could come up and/or poppys room

I like the lay out a lot. Mountains to the left, sleeping giant and pool behind outside dining. And living room inside behind dining. So dining and living room face mountains. I like the opening to outside dining/pool coming from the sink. I would put a counter top bar outside the opening window
