Steve and Tony, I wonder about heat pump water heater. My understanding is that it generates a lot of cold air. Vent-less dryer avoids punching a hole in building envelope for vent. However, how well do they work? LG's LG WM3997HWA combo washer dryer is 4.3 cu ft and runs about $1,900. Heat pump dryers from LG and Whirlpool. Expensive and highly efficient. Whirlpool's is ventless. Unsure about LG
