I love how the door connects to the porch off the kitchen. You could then leave that door open for air, etc. It would definitely encourage fresh-air eating. My ideal would be to have a built-in booth-type thing where the sink is off the porch area.

Like the idea of built-in daybeds, make the room an entry, reading/study area, very casual. TV could be built in to the foot of a daybed.
