Hmmm. If we still had the bench in the hallway on the backside of the fridge freezer area in the kitchen, then we could have a do dative shelf with a super discrete track with holes for hanging guest coats underneath. We would keep it clutter free unless we had company over.

This is the LG washer and Dryer with sidekick drawer I’d like for this new laundry room. I’d like to reuse my current Samsung machines, but keep them behind closed doors.
