Trees are Merrill Magnolia. Greenery is a mixture of perennials. If I remember correctly, Epimedium (Barrenwort), Pulmonaria (Lungwort), Polemonium (Jacob's Ladder), and some Spoorobolus (Prairie Dropseed) on the sunnier edges.
