Like the cabinetry, color and details. Not in love with the color of the flooring or chairs (but like that 4 substantial chairs fit there -- though might be nicer to be able to have 2&2 instead of 4 straight across)

Exterior windows nice around stairwell and the "inside" windows (we think they are anyway) are a kind of cool detail as well. The wood slat trims carrys the nautical feeling and if there are beams downstairs it would echo those as well.

Really like this living room alot. The furniture is quite nice and don't mind it being a bit more formal then where the kitchen may be headed. The ceiling is really attractive. Think the fireplace & tv work quite well together.

scale too big but liek the effect and the colors. stools ok but wonder if stools with backs are more practical.

r likes the pastel colors more than the strong blues. likes cabinets (esp the simple trimming out), counter, the nautical feel with same motif on napkins. like the stairs, the scale of the spindles and post. Like the slats below. Not sure if the stairs would make sense in design or not just like them.
