love this - but my space probably too small. love the fireballs. love the 'limestone" ??
love the tile and mantel..but may not accommodate linear

interesting side area since not doing bookcases. gives some character
may be interesting idea of mantel AND a lower modern 'seat"...or whatever
waaay to plain for my taste. not like this.
