Sink on each side of stove so as not to risk spill. Soapstone countertops to allow hot items from both sides of stove to be placed and slid if necessary (to prevent spills). Wall oven out of stove zone to allow baking prep away from cooking prep. Refrigerator outside of sink (not b/t stove and sink) but near breakfast / baking / cook area -- maybe in walk-in pantry.
