Before Construction
This pict is pre-cathedral ceiling, palette boards, exposed ductwork, hip ceiling fan and Edison lighting. Above existing Dining Room, a new loft space will be created, entry to which are to refurbished tall window frames that will now act as access doors. (See picture of "doors"). I have rebuilt them adding both Stained and ripple glass. The loft space will have recessed indirect lighting, which will spill out through stained glass and into the room beneath for added drama and depth.
New railing I designed, MUCH Thanks to RICHARD Taylo for his plumbing expertise and supplies. This was a "dry fit" to make sure all my measurements were correct.
