Love the floor plan. Don't like the columns and the front and rear stairs to porches. Would prefer a screened porch. Love the side entry garage. Would prefer laundry room to be larger to allow for a folding counter. Love the split plan. Would prefer brick and stone. Love that utility room is close to Master bedroom and appears that master shower is large and has a tub. Like that kitchen is open to family room. Would like coffered ceiling in dining room.
