Bianco Carrara hexagon marble mosaic tiles
12x24 porcelain in a Grey Natural Finish
The tile is the Tribeca Basketweave by Walker Zanger.
It's a 12" x 24" basalt (natural stone)- vincenza, available from Stone Tile in Toronto, 416-515-9000.
Slate is 12" x 12 Montauk blue Custom Building Products #165 Delorean Gray
Tile, Koshi dark grey, 12x24 laid diagonal, Grout is #370 Dove Grey
The slate tile in the mud room was 12" x 24" that we cut down to 6" x 12".
Bianco Carrara Herringbone marble mosaic tiles
Whitewash over Hickory or White Oak will give you a very similar look. Rubio Monocoat Super White would be a good option.
