Laundry

I'd like to have the laundry room double as a sewing/craft room, so would like: ample counter space for standing work, an area to do sit-down work, separate station for ironing. It'd be nice to have drying racks and/or bar that are STRONG: can hold the weight of wet, thick cotton gi (jacket + pants)
