Laundry / Mud Room

The laundry will be the primary entrance and exit for the kids to and from school etc. We like to call this our drop zone. It needs a clear connection to the outside, assume this includes the location for the clothes line. Lots of space above the washer and dryer. Space to hang jackets, bennies, school bags etc.

Ideas:
- Close to kids rooms.
- Same tiles & cabinets as bathrooms or kitchen splash backs (Consistency)
- Space provision for a double washer and dryer.
- Potential storage location for linen, towels etc.
- Lots of working space.
- Space for indoor cloths drying.
- Where would the washing line be located?
