Beautiful green

Here's a photo I took today, of my green theme living room. I living in a 2nd floor council flat in north London. I'm determined to make my home as warm, inviting and as comfy as possible. I love period decor, but much of it is outside my budget. But, 'modern' stuff just doesn't do much for me. One modern touch, is the swirly mirrors, but I don't think they look out of place.

This is the opposite wall in green. Is it good to have such a colour, (albeit gorgeous, in my opinion), on opposite walls Andie a small room.
