This age in place bathroom looks amazing. Found this on Houzz. The large tiles are just like what we have in our NYC bathroom and work well for toilet/large vanity. I think the downstairs full bath can just have this type of a shower versus tub.
Not sure if we could also add a window in the bathroom - love this kind of lead design but I don't want to make the house non uniform.
I love this wallpaper.
I really would love a vanity with good light to do my makeup.
The separate shower allows for the awesome shower head. A must have for master and 1st floor bathroom.

This is what we don't like. Square sinks or above counter mounting
Separate shower from tub in master would be great.
