like the window and external door for accessing the clothes line, the compact dimensions are also good while still having all the mod cons and drying hanger. Ironing board location?

I think I prefer recesses with countertop rather than open space for the washer/dryer because this doesn't look that great.

perfect -- but was 3m x 3m in the design so perhaps a bit big for our budget
