Peter - I've seen metal cladding similar to this (to wrap the concrete areas/apply to eastern side of building - where the mechanical room is)

Peter - another thought on separating the top 2nd floor windows from the top (that cladding they put between the two). They also accented the top with that fence

Peter - what are your thoughts on a metal cladding as a cover over the concrete (instead of painting/coating)? We open to the color, but whatever would accent the other finishings well (after looking at the rendering, we're thinking something that will lighten up building).
