south wall, mid section. avocado tree needs 6-9 feet of clearance. behind it in front of telephone pole is a western redbud, spectacular in february.

south wall. trees are 2.5 ft from wall. chorisia, near, is a very tall tree and should grow up past the house so it is okay skinny. crepe myrtle, next, is tall and skinny. bauhinia, last, is the only fat one, needs 6 - 9 feet of clearance. all trees have pink flowers. meant to be a beautiful august view from the street.

southeast corner. I'm not sure if you can tell, but the chinese pistache tree is spectacular. There are 3 total but the 2 others have to dig in a bit to get their fall color.

before picture. front of house. this is the path to the front door. picture door approximately where that corner is and porch where south window is. gate may be set back behind bauhinia tree. path would curve slightly but go from this part of sidewalk to front door.

northeast corner. picture a deck between oak tree and telephone pole, that comes into some of the grass area. this will be a sunny area.

Silver sheen pittosporum. North side. cutout in concrete. This is an easy tree and will tolerate a bit of shade. Will be pretty out kitchen or dining window. One in front to the left of garage also, making probably 4 total in a row in the otherwise paved area.

lamb's ear. as border around oak, as well as mixed in with river rock along path borders.

giant wild rye. bluish. probably to the left of the driveway where it will get sun, but maybe both sides.
