Would consider this upstairs or downstairs. Probably my third choice for downstairs. It is a touch long, which might be an issue.

Too rustic. Would look good in some areas of the house, but not in the dining room.
My second choice. Really pretty, clean, and would look great in all of our halls on the 1st floor.
