Skirt isn't attached all the way down on the swivel chair. Fabric is cut under the skirt

Chair arrived dirty along the side of arms. Lump at the back of the arm
Swivel chair. Skirt remains wrinkles after being steamed twice. Never looked new
Upholstery job not up to the level of other Fairfield pieces. Tacks are visible. Edges aren't straight.

Sides of back cushion are lumpy and pulled by buttons. It never looked new and crisp. Would prefer no back buttons or so it will not look like this
